Transforming with AI: Enhancing Test Security and Candidate Experience

AI provides enhanced detection capabilities, anomaly detection, and content monitoring that helps protect exam content and secure the test environment. There is no doubt that this has revolutionized the industry. But what happens if companies become too reliant on it? Humans need to be part of the equation as well. When it comes to ensuring accuracy, fairness, and that exams are adapting correctly, there is just no substitute for human intervention. So, the question becomes how do you balance AI with human intervention in order to make sure that you protect exam content and provide a positive user experience?

Join industry experts Benjamin Hunter, Vice President of Sales for Caveon, Jacob Evans, Chief Technology Officer at Kryterion, and Steve Winicki, Head of Sales for Kryterion as they discuss the thought process that needs to go into these important decisions, along with how to strike the right balance. In this webinar, they will share their insights on what factors need to be considered and why it is important to constantly monitor both AI and human intervention to make sure the combination is reaching its peak effectiveness. There will also be an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. We hope you will join us.
